| A new and exclusive addition to the nursery, the Red Belly fern is a stunning fern-like club moss endemic to Brazil. Grown for it's intriguing autumnal colouration with bright red undersides to the foliage. The Red Belly Fern makes for an extraordinary looking ground cover. It requires low light and will still produce stunning colours in a position of complete darkness. Spreads to form a dense, weed supressing groundcover and is also suitable in rockery gardens. Loves humidity and will grow well in shallow soil. | 
| The Baby Panda Grass is an interesting grass from the rainforests of south-east Asia. It is considered a dwarf bamboo but is not a true bamboo species and is more closely related to sugar cane. It can be used as a pot plant inside well-lit houses, balconies or as an interesting feature plant around ponds, steps or bordering gardens. It likes lots of moisture and will take filtered light to full sun. It has a tight clumping habit and requires little maintainence. |

| Frangipanis can bring a beautiful fragrance to the garden, as well as a wide choice of warm, tropical colours. In Australia, frangipanis are sold by colour, rather than variety, and the further north you go, the wider the colour choice. Eplants now stock a great range of Frangipanis in many colours and forms. We stock both the evergreen and deciduous varieties in small to mature sizes. The most popular variety of Frangipani is known as 'Singapore white' or 'fragrant white' and is an evergreen form with yellow centred white flowers. Also popular are the light pink and deep pink flowering varieties of the deciduous form. The evergreen has a glossy rounded leaf whislt the deciduous has a pointed matt foliage. |

 | Clump forming ginger with large red flower heads and white silky crepe petals. Flowers can stay open and colourful for months. Traditional ginger foliage which spiral up the slender cane-like stems to a height of 2.4m. Most Costus are only suitable for planting outdoors in tropical regions however, barbatus, is a tough as nails variety and will perform in cooler climates. |  | Blue ginger is not a true ginger, but it has ginger-like, arching stems and vibrant, purple/blue flowers in autumn. This exotic Brazilian perennial is the perfect plant for any moist, shady spots in the garden and looks particularly good grouped with tree ferns and palms. It also makes a good pot plant. Foliage has intricate vareigated patterns when viewed closely.

 | It is a common misconception that Bamboo should not be used in the modern landscape, that it is a nightmare to maintain and impossible to remove. In some cases this is true, however, Eplants grows a range of clumping Bamboo that is non invasive and perfect for use in garden. The three most popular varieties are 'Java black', 'gracillis' and 'tiger grass'. All are non-invasive clumping bamboo varieties that can me used in a pot or in the ground. The Java black is a stunning black Bamboo growing up to 16m and in clumps of up to 2m. It is strong, smooth and straight and highly sought after in the landscape industry. Gracillis meaing 'slender' is a small growing bamboo to 6m tall x 50cm wide and is the only form of Bamboo that is tall enough to screen a 2 storey building in a clump of 1m or less.
